When does my first payment happen?
When your 14-day trial ends. The trial starts when you finish checkout with a card, and if you cancel before it ends you won’t be charged.
If you joined before November 1, your free access lasts until November 5 at 9:00 a.m. Central or 14 days after you signed up, whichever is later. An October 25 signup, for example, stays free until November 8.
Enroll during that time and you pay $0 at checkout. Your first charge comes when your free access ends, and you can cancel before then. If you enroll after that, billing starts at checkout.
How does firm billing work?
You can cover up to 250 people on one monthly or annual card payment. Add their work emails, check the total, and pay. You can run billing without using a seat yourself.
If your firm’s plan was started by someone who joined before November 1, its first payment follows that person’s free-access date. Adding people or changing administrators does not extend it. After free access ends, adding people beyond the seats already paid for shows the prorated charge before you confirm. Removed seats can be reassigned through the end of the paid period.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel future renewals in Manage billing. People who joined before November 1 keep $25 a month if they cancel and come back. To avoid your first charge, cancel before the free-access or trial deadline shown at checkout.
Request a full refund within seven days of your first paid charge. Later requests are reviewed individually. Contact billing support. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund.
