Add Passim to your assistant

Passim runs inside the assistant you already use. You add it once from the assistant's own directory and sign in. Nothing gets installed.

  1. Open BIA Edge in the Claude connector directory.
  2. Choose Connect. The listing is being renamed to Passim AI.
  3. Sign in with Google or an emailed code and authorize it. Then ask your first question.

Passim supports remote MCP clients at https://mcp.biaedge.com/mcp. Use OAuth sign-in where supported. The server address remains the same during the rename.

Before you connect

What reaches Passim?
Only the research question your assistant sends. The conversation around it, your documents, and your client files stay with your AI provider under its terms. Leave client-identifying details out of the question; Passim doesn’t need them to find the law.
Does Passim keep or train on my queries?
No. The text of a query is processed and discarded, operational logs are kept for 90 days, and nothing you send is used to train any model. The privacy and security pages have the details.
Is this legal advice?
No. Passim is a research aid. Read the sources it cites before you rely on them, and treat the citator’s status as a starting point rather than a substitute for reading the decision.
How current is it?
The library is refreshed daily from more than 120 official sources. The Library page lists every source with what it covers and when it was last refreshed.
Can my whole firm use it?
Yes. From November 1, you can set up a firm plan online: enter your team's work emails and pay for their seats by card, at the same price per person as individual plans. Each person signs in to Claude or ChatGPT with their own work email. Adding people shows the exact charge before you confirm, and removing someone ends their access. Until then, everyone can connect and research free. For more than 250 people or invoiced payment, talk to us.
What does it cost?
$29 a seat a month, or $299 a seat a year, and you can cancel at the end of any period. See pricing.

You sign in as yourself, so access belongs to you and can be revoked for you alone. From then on, when you ask an immigration question, your assistant searches Passim and answers with citations.
